Do you have sub-pumps for flooded basements?
We do have pumps that we use when called through the 911 center to pump a basement. Typically we are called only when utilities are being threatened.
If you have a chronic problem with water entering your basement, it would be a good idea to get a quality pump and make sure to keep it and the area it is located in clean.
